GoodyHandy Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms explain the basic rules for using GoodyHandy. By creating an account, you agree to use the product responsibly and to respect the rights of other users and content owners.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address and phone number you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account.
Practice Content
You may add coding problems, notes, code, test cases, screenshots, documents, and related materials to support your interview preparation. Content you upload is private by default unless you choose a sharing option that says otherwise.
Community Sharing
Before any user-provided problem can be shared with registered users, you must confirm that you created it or have the rights needed to share it. Shared submissions may be reviewed, moderated, edited for safety, unpublished, or removed.
Third-Party Problems
If a problem comes from a third-party platform, employer, book, course, or paid product, you should only store it for private practice unless you have permission to redistribute it. GoodyHandy may store metadata, links, notes, attempts, and analysis without publishing the original statement.
AI Features
GoodyHandy may use AI systems to extract problem structure, review code, summarize attempts, and recommend practice areas. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect, so you should verify important guidance before relying on it.
Data Use
We use account details, profile settings, uploaded practice content, code attempts, run results, and AI feedback to provide the service, personalize recommendations, maintain safety, and improve product reliability. We do not claim ownership of your private practice content.
Acceptable Use
Do not upload content you are not allowed to use, attempt to access another user's account or private content, abuse code execution systems, interfere with the service, or use GoodyHandy for unlawful activity.
Availability and Changes
GoodyHandy is evolving. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable from time to time. If these terms change materially, the app should present the new version for review before requiring acceptance.
